- 4 large artichokes
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the artichokes by trimming the stems and removing the tough outer leaves.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, melted butter, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the mixture into the artichokes.
- Place the artichokes in a baking dish and add water to cover the bottom.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.

- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
