Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the artichokes by trimming the stems and removing the tough outer leaves.
  3. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, melted butter, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff the mixture into the artichokes.
  5. Place the artichokes in a baking dish and add water to cover the bottom.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
