Instructions

- Reserve some pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
- In a large bowl, mix hot spaghetti with grated Pecorino Romano.
- Add cracked black pepper and a bit of reserved pasta water to create a creamy sauce.
- Toss until well combined and serve immediately.
