Description
Cajun chicken bites served with creamy garlic herb Alfredo twists.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning and olive oil.
- Spread chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and garlic over medium heat.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Combine cooked pasta, chicken, and sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
- Use any pasta shape you prefer.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
