Description
Cajun chicken bites served with creamy rigatoni pasta.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup spinach
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Cook rigatoni according to package instructions.
- In a separate pot, combine heavy cream and Parmesan cheese over low heat.
- Add cooked chicken and spinach to the cream mixture.
- Drain rigatoni and mix with the sauce.
- Serve hot.
