Description
Cajun chicken bites served with creamy rigatoni pasta.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, cook rigatoni according to package instructions.
- In a separate pot, combine heavy cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat until warm.
- Drain rigatoni and add to the creamy sauce.
- Add cooked chicken and mix well.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
- Optional: garnish with parsley for a fresh touch.
- Can substitute rigatoni with another pasta shape.
