Description
A quick and flavorful Cajun shrimp and sausage dish cooked on a single sheet pan.

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, sausage, bell peppers, and onion.
- Add olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by using more or less Cajun seasoning.
- Try adding other vegetables like zucchini or corn.
- Serve with rice or crusty bread.
