A spicy twist on classic deviled eggs with cajun shrimp.
Ingrédients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs, then cool and peel them.
- Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mix yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in the chopped shrimp and chives.
- Fill the egg whites with the mixture.
- Garnish with additional chives if desired.
