A delicious twist on classic shrimp scampi with bold Cajun flavors.
Ingrédients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 ounces linguine or spaghetti
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp, Cajun seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Cook until shrimp is pink.
- Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
- Add cooked pasta and parsley. Toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
- Use fresh shrimp for best flavor.
- Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
