Description
Cajun steak bites served with cheesy garlic shells in a skillet.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the steak with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak and sear until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove steak and set aside.
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and bring to simmer.
- Stir in cheddar and Parmesan until melted.
- Add cooked macaroni and steak to the skillet.
- Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Use any pasta shape you prefer.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
