Description

Cajun steak bites served with cheesy garlic shells in a skillet.


Ingrédients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the steak with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak and sear until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove steak and set aside.
  5. Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
  6. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  7. Add heavy cream and bring to simmer.
  8. Stir in cheddar and Parmesan until melted.
  9. Add cooked macaroni and steak to the skillet.
  10. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  11. Serve hot.
