Description
Cajun steak tips served in a creamy rigatoni parmesan sauce.
Ingrédients

- 1 pound steak tips
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 cups rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the steak tips with Cajun seasoning.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak tips and cook until browned.
- While the steak cooks, boil water in a pot and cook the rigatoni according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and Parmesan cheese over low heat until melted.
- Drain the rigatoni and add to the cheese sauce.
- Add the cooked steak tips to the rigatoni and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- Adjust Cajun seasoning based on your spice preference.
- Garnish with extra Parmesan if desired.
