Cajun steak tips served in a creamy rigatoni parmesan sauce.


Ingrédients

  • 1 pound steak tips
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cups rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the steak tips with Cajun seasoning.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak tips and cook until browned.
  4. While the steak cooks, boil water in a pot and cook the rigatoni according to package instructions.
  5. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and Parmesan cheese over low heat until melted.
  6. Drain the rigatoni and add to the cheese sauce.
  7. Add the cooked steak tips to the rigatoni and mix well.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
