Description
Sweet and tart candied cranberries perfect for holiday dishes.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Rinse cranberries and set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil.
- Add cranberries to the boiling syrup.
- Cook for 5 minutes until cranberries pop.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Transfer cranberries to a wire rack to cool.
- Once cooled, roll cranberries in sugar to coat.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be used as a garnish or in salads.
- Best enjoyed within a week.
