- 2 large oranges
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Wash and peel the oranges.
- Cut the peels into strips.
- Boil the peels in water for 10 minutes.
- Drain and rinse the peels.
- In a pot, combine sugar and water; bring to a boil.
- Add the peels and simmer until translucent.
- Remove peels and let them dry on parchment paper.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use for decorations or in desserts.
