Description

A delicious caramel apple stuffed french toast casserole perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Ingrédients

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup diced apples
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish.
  3. Layer half of the bread slices in the dish.
  4. Mix apples with caramel sauce and layer on top of bread.
  5. Top with remaining bread slices.
  6. Whisk together milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  7. Pour mixture over the bread layers.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  9. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm with extra caramel sauce.
