Ingrédients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rum
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract. Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Let cool.
  6. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add sliced bananas and brown sugar.
  7. Cook until bananas are caramelized. Stir in rum and lemon juice.
  8. Pour caramelized bananas over the cooled cheesecake before serving.
