Description
This caramelized onion and gruyere dip is creamy and rich, perfect for gatherings.
Ingrédients

- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded gruyere cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and salt, cook until caramelized, about 20 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Stir in caramelized onions.
- Transfer to a baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until bubbly.
- Serve warm with chips or bread.
