Description
A refreshing sorbet made with cardamom and plums.
Ingrédients

- 4 cups fresh plums, pitted and chopped
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine sugar and water in a saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Add plums and cardamom to the saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Blend the mixture until smooth.
- Stir in lemon juice.
- Pour into a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Scoop and serve.
Notes
- Use ripe plums for best flavor.
- Adjust sugar based on sweetness of plums.
- Can be stored in the freezer for up to a month.
