Description

A refreshing sorbet made with cardamom and plums.


Ingrédients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar and water in a saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. Add plums and cardamom to the saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool.
  4. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  5. Stir in lemon juice.
  6. Pour into a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  7. Scoop and serve.
