Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix jerk seasoning, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat chicken thighs with the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Place chicken on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
