Description
A carnivore-friendly Thanksgiving meal featuring various meats and simple sides.
Ingrédients
- Turkey – 1 whole (12-14 lbs)
- Beef broth – 4 cups
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
- Butter – 1 cup
- Pork sausage – 1 lb
- Bacon – 1 lb
- Chicken thighs – 2 lbs
- Beef ribs – 2 lbs
- Herbs (rosemary, thyme) – 2 tbsp each
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season the turkey with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Place turkey in a roasting pan and add beef broth around it.
- Roast turkey for 3-4 hours, basting occasionally.
- In a skillet, cook pork sausage and bacon until crispy.
- Add chicken thighs to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Grill or roast beef ribs until tender.
- Let the turkey rest before carving.
- Serve all meats together on a platter.
Notes
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure turkey is cooked to 165°F.
- Adjust cooking times based on the size of your turkey.
