- 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
- Dip each cauliflower floret in the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy and golden.
- In another bowl, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter.
- Once the cauliflower is baked, toss it in the buffalo sauce mixture.
- Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Adjust the buffalo sauce to your heat preference.
- Serve with celery sticks and ranch dressing.
