  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret in the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
  4. Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy and golden.
  6. In another bowl, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter.
  7. Once the cauliflower is baked, toss it in the buffalo sauce mixture.
  8. Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
