Ingrédients

- 1 medium cauliflower, grated
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Grate the cauliflower and place it in a bowl.
- Add eggs, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Scoop the mixture and form small patties.
- Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
Notes
- Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the oven for best texture.
