A delicious and healthy twist on a classic grilled cheese sandwich using cauliflower.
Ingrédients

- 1 large cauliflower head
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Butter for frying
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender.
- In a bowl, mash the cauliflower and let it cool.
- Add mozzarella, cheddar, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the mashed cauliflower.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into sandwich slices on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Heat butter in a skillet and grill the cauliflower slices until crispy on both sides.
Notes
- Use fresh cauliflower for the best texture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Experiment with different cheese blends if desired.
