Ingrédients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender.
  3. In a bowl, mash the cauliflower and let it cool.
  4. Add mozzarella, cheddar, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the mashed cauliflower.
  5. Mix until well combined.
  6. Form the mixture into sandwich slices on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Heat butter in a skillet and grill the cauliflower slices until crispy on both sides.
