Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rice the cauliflower using a food processor.
  3. Microwave the riced cauliflower for 5 minutes.
  4. Let it cool, then drain excess moisture using a cheesecloth.
  5. In a bowl, mix the cauliflower, mozzarella, parmesan, egg, garlic powder, oregano, and salt.
  6. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a crust.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
