Ingrédients

- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, sauté onion and celery until soft.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add chopped cauliflower, vegetable broth, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until cauliflower is tender.
- Mix in bread crumbs and parsley.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- This stuffing is gluten-free if using gluten-free bread crumbs.
- Adjust spices to suit your taste.
- Can be made ahead and reheated before serving.
