Ingrédients

- 8 oz assorted cheeses (cheddar, brie, gouda)
- 1 cup assorted crackers
- 1 cup mixed olives
- 1 cup fresh fruit (grapes, apple slices)
- 1/2 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts)
- 1/4 cup honey or fig jam
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Arrange cured meats on a large platter.
- Place assorted cheeses next to the meats.
- Add crackers in between the meats and cheeses.
- Fill bowls with olives and nuts and place them on the board.
- Add fresh fruit around the board.
- Drizzle honey or spoon fig jam in a small dish on the board.
- Garnish with fresh herbs for decoration.
