- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crushed pecans
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
- Add green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into a ball.
- Roll the cheese ball in crushed pecans.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve with crackers.
