Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Cut into strips and place a small amount of cheese at one end.
- Roll the dough around the cheese and tie into a knot.
- Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and mix in garlic, parsley, and salt.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the knots.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
