Description
A creamy and delicious cheese fondue perfect for sharing.
Ingrédients

- 200g Gruyère cheese
- 200g Emmental cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 300ml dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh bread cubes for dipping
Instructions
- Rub the inside of the fondue pot with garlic.
- Heat the wine and lemon juice in the pot over medium heat.
- Gradually add the grated cheeses, stirring continuously until melted.
- Mix cornstarch with a little wine and add to the cheese mixture.
- Season with black pepper.
- Serve with fresh bread cubes for dipping.
Notes
- Use a good quality dry white wine.
- Keep the pot on low heat to maintain the cheese consistency.
- Experiment with different cheese combinations.
