Description
A simple cheese fondue recipe that melts delicious cheese for dipping.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
- 1 cup grated Emmental cheese
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 clove garlic, halved
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon kirsch (cherry brandy)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bread cubes for dipping
Instructions
- Rub the fondue pot with garlic.
- In the pot, combine wine and lemon juice. Heat until simmering.
- Gradually add cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Mix cornstarch with kirsch and add to the pot. Stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with bread cubes for dipping.

- Use a good quality wine for better flavor.
- Stir continuously to avoid clumping.
- You can add other dippers like vegetables or fruits.
