This easy one pot cheeseburger gnocchi recipe combines the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with soft, pillowy gnocchi for a quick and hearty meal.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 package (16 oz) gnocchi
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is soft.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes and beef broth.
- Add the gnocchi and bring to a simmer.
- Cook for about 5–7 minutes, or until gnocchi is tender.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

- This dish can be topped with pickles for an extra cheeseburger flavor.
