- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp ketchup

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add onions and cook until soft.
- Stir in ketchup and mustard, and season with salt and pepper.
- Place one tortilla on a clean surface.
- Spread the beef mixture on half of the tortilla.
- Top with cheese, tomatoes, and pickles.
- Fold the tortilla over to cover the filling.
- Cook the quesadilla in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove from skillet and cut into wedges.
- Serve warm with additional ketchup and mustard if desired.
