A delicious and easy-to-make cheeseburger tater tot casserole.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 bag tater tots (32 oz)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture.
- In a bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup and milk.
- Spread the beef mixture in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the soup mixture over the beef.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Arrange tater tots on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until tater tots are golden brown.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add pickles on top before baking.
- Use turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
- Serve with ketchup or mustard on the side.
