  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. Melt butter and mix with granulated and brown sugar.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  6. Mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined.
  7. Spread half of the brownie batter into the baking pan.
  8. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  9. Spread cream cheese mixture over brownie batter.
  10. Top with remaining brownie batter and swirl with a knife.
  11. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  12. Let cool before slicing.
