Ingrédients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add 1 cup sugar and mix until well combined.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  7. Stir in vanilla extract, sour cream, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  8. Pour filling into the crust.
  9. Bake for 60 minutes or until set.
  10. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with whipped cream on top.
  • Can be made a day in advance.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
