Description
A delicious twist on traditional enchiladas using tortellini.
Ingrédients

- 12 oz tortellini
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions.
- Add garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the beef.
- Mix cooked tortellini with the beef mixture.
- Pour enchilada sauce over the mixture and stir well.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Notes
- Use any type of cheese you prefer.
- Can substitute ground turkey for beef.
- Top with sour cream or cilantro if desired.
