Description

A delicious twist on traditional enchiladas using tortellini.


Ingrédients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions.
  3. Add garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the beef.
  4. Mix cooked tortellini with the beef mixture.
  5. Pour enchilada sauce over the mixture and stir well.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
