- 4 large baking potatoes
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and poke holes in the baking potatoes.
- Bake potatoes for 45-60 minutes until tender.
- While the potatoes bake, steam the broccoli until bright green.
- In a bowl, mix cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Once potatoes are done, cut them open and fluff the insides.
- Add broccoli and cheese mixture to each potato.
- Return to the oven for 10 minutes until cheese melts.

- Leftover potatoes can be stored in the fridge.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
