Cheesy broccoli baked potatoes are a hearty side dish or main course packed with flavor.


Ingrédients

  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and poke holes in the baking potatoes.
  3. Bake potatoes for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  4. While the potatoes bake, steam the broccoli until bright green.
  5. In a bowl, mix cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Once potatoes are done, cut them open and fluff the insides.
  7. Add broccoli and cheese mixture to each potato.
  8. Return to the oven for 10 minutes until cheese melts.
