- 2 pounds brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine brussel sprouts, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the brussel sprouts in a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix heavy cream, garlic powder, cheddar cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Pour the cheese mixture over the brussel sprouts.
- Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the brussel sprouts are tender and the top is golden brown.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add cooked bacon bits.
- Adjust cheese types according to your preference.
- Allow the dish to rest for a few minutes before serving.
