- 1 head of cabbage, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, cook the cabbage until tender.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked cabbage, cheese, sour cream, onion, rice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

- Use any type of cheese you prefer.
- You can add cooked meat for extra protein.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to three days.
