A delicious and comforting cheesy cabbage casserole that is easy to prepare.


Ingrédients

  • 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Add chopped cabbage and cook until slightly tender.
  4. In a large bowl, mix cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and half of the cheese.
  5. Combine cabbage mixture with the rice mixture.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
  7. Top with remaining cheese.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

Notes

  • Feel free to add cooked ground meat for extra protein.
  • You can use any cheese you prefer.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
