Description
A delicious and comforting cheesy cabbage casserole that is easy to prepare.
Ingrédients

- 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add chopped cabbage and cook until slightly tender.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and half of the cheese.
- Combine cabbage mixture with the rice mixture.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Feel free to add cooked ground meat for extra protein.
- You can use any cheese you prefer.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
