Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each garlic bread slice.
- On the unbuttered side, layer shrimp, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and parsley flakes over the cheese and shrimp.
- Top with another slice of garlic bread, buttered side up.
