- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat from the beef.
- Add rice, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
- Stir in mixed vegetables.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.

- Feel free to use brown rice for a healthier option.
- You can add spices according to your taste.
