  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Drain excess fat from the beef.
  4. Add rice, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
  5. Stir in mixed vegetables.
