Ingrédients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped jalapenos
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add the flour, salt, garlic powder, cheese, and jalapenos. Mix until combined.
- Form the dough into a log and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Slice the log into rounds and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
- Adjust jalapeno quantity for desired spice level.
- Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
- Can be served with dips or on their own.
