- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned

- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, black beans, corn, salsa, taco seasoning, bell pepper, and onion.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
