- 2 large onions, sliced into rings
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Slice the onions into rings.
- In one bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs mixed with cheese.
- Dip each onion ring in flour, then in eggs, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the onion rings until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot.
