Instructions
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic butter to the skillet and stir until melted.
- Add cooked penne pasta to the skillet and mix well.
- Stir in cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
