Description

Cheesy pizza bombs are bite-sized snacks filled with gooey cheese and pizza toppings.


Ingrédients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out each biscuit dough into a flat circle.
  3. Place a small amount of mozzarella cheese and pepperoni in the center of each circle.
  4. Add a teaspoon of pizza sauce and sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
