  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
  4. While the potatoes are baking, mix sour cream, milk, and ranch dressing mix in a separate bowl.
  5. After 25 minutes, add the smoked sausage to the potatoes and bake for another 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and pour the ranch mixture over the potatoes and sausage.
  7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and return to the oven for 10 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
