Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
- In a large bowl, mix the potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
