Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half.
  3. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat.
  5. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and tender.
