A creamy, cheesy dip made with Rotel tomatoes and ranch seasoning.

- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine cream cheese and milk over medium heat.
- Stir until the cream cheese is melted and smooth.
- Add Rotel tomatoes, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Mix well and heat through.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by using mild or hot Rotel.
- For a thicker dip, reduce the amount of milk.
- This dip can be made in a slow cooker for easy serving.
