Ingrédients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, spinach, breadcrumbs, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form meatballs and place them in a baking dish.
  4. Layer sliced potatoes over the meatballs.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the potatoes.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
