A hearty and flavorful cheesy spinach meatball potato bake.
Ingrédients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, spinach, breadcrumbs, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Form meatballs and place them in a baking dish.
- Layer sliced potatoes over the meatballs.
- Pour marinara sauce over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Use any type of ground meat if desired.
- For extra flavor, add herbs or spices.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
